Solutions/Content and Distribution
Flagship solution / Content & marketing

Your expertise.
A repeatable
content system.

Make useful source material work across your channels. We connect collection, repurposing, brand review, and scheduling so your team can move from ideas to approved content with a clear process.

For businesses, agencies, and founders with useful expertise and a person who can review the content.

The business case

Useful expertise.
Too many loose ends.

A publishing system connects source material, editorial judgment, and the channels that reach your audience.

01

Useful material, used once

A webinar, interview, or article contains ideas that never reach the rest of your audience.

02

A production process built on chasing

Drafts, edits, assets, and approvals live in different places.

03

Publishing without a clear rhythm

Creating content and distributing it consistently become separate jobs.

How the work connects / five clear stages

A workflow you
can follow.

One source moves through preparation, drafting, review, and approved distribution. Every transition has a purpose and an owner.

Select a stage to see what goes in, what comes out, and where your team stays involved.

01CollectCollect approved source material

Bring recordings, articles, interviews, or business updates into one intake process.

INPUT

Approved recordings, articles, or updates

OUTPUT

A source record with permissions and context

Your team confirms source ownership and permissions.
02SelectSelect ideas worth sharing

Prepare a transcript or text and identify useful themes without changing the source’s meaning.

INPUT

A usable transcript or source text

OUTPUT

Selected ideas linked to the source

Editorial judgment keeps the source’s meaning intact.
03AdaptAdapt the format and voice

Create channel-specific drafts and optional edited clips within the agreed allowance.

INPUT

Selected themes, brand voice, and formats

OUTPUT

Draft assets ready for editorial review

Drafts stay separate from approved content.
04ReviewReview, edit, and approve

Give a named reviewer control over facts, tone, and what proceeds to publishing.

INPUT

Channel-specific drafts and edited assets

OUTPUT

Approved versions or a clear revision request

A named reviewer decides what can be published.
05DistributeSchedule and track distribution

Send supported formats to the selected scheduler and keep publishing status visible.

INPUT

Approved assets and publishing access

OUTPUT

Scheduled assets and visible publishing status

Publishing exceptions return to a responsible owner.
What we can build / six scoped modules

What it could look like / concept workspace

A draft with context.
A person with control.

Illustrative screens and sample data show the intended working experience. The implementation is designed around your process.

A concrete business example

From one useful source to a reviewed content cycle.

A founder records an explanation of a customer problem. The workflow prepares the source, selects useful ideas, and drafts social posts and a newsletter. Optional clips are edited from the recording. A reviewer requests changes and approves the final assets. Approved formats move to scheduling; failures stay visible for correction.

01 / WHERE IT FITS

Webinars and interviews

Develop selected ideas into short posts, a newsletter, an article draft, and optional captioned clips.

02 / WHERE IT FITS

Written expertise and updates

Adapt a useful article, product update, or founder note into channel-specific copy and a reviewed publishing plan.

Choose the useful first scope

Start where you are.
Extend with purpose.

Keep the tools that work. Decide what needs to be added, connected, or operated on an ongoing basis.

01

Text repurposing workflow

Start with articles or transcripts and a defined set of social or newsletter formats.

02

Add edited video clips

Include selected clips, captions, aspect ratios, and review rounds as a named production allowance.

03

Add managed editorial operation

Scope recurring source intake, editing, review coordination, and publishing separately from the system build.

Make the boundaries explicit.

The proposal defines brands, languages, channels, source hours or items, asset types, video editing, review rounds, scheduling connections, and reporting. Original filming, unlimited content, community moderation, paid advertising, and guaranteed reach are separately scoped or excluded.

What we need from your team

Good context.
A stronger start.

We agree who supplies the information, who reviews the work, and who owns the system after handover.

01

Source material you can use

Recordings or written content with useful substance and permission to republish.

02

Brand and audience context

Voice examples, accurate product facts, content themes, channels, and visual assets.

03

A reviewer and publishing owner

Someone to approve output, resolve factual questions, and maintain channel access.

Evaluation / behavior before promises

Check the system.
Measure what changes.

Functional acceptance checks agreed behavior. Business improvement needs a baseline, a measurement period, and an owner.

01 / EVALUATION

Usable output

How many assets pass editorial review, and how well do they preserve the source?

02 / EVALUATION

Production effort

How much time remains in drafting, editing, and review?

03 / EVALUATION

Publishing consistency

Are approved assets reaching the selected channels as planned?

Have a specific workflow in mind?Tell us about it ↗
01What is the difference between repurposing and social media management?

Repurposing produces assets from useful source material. Social media operation adds channel planning, publishing, and reporting. The package can connect both, while defining the work included.

02Do we need videos to start?

No. Articles, interviews, transcripts, and business updates can support a text-first workflow. Video clips require suitable source recordings and an editing scope.

03Will everything be fully automatic?

Automation can coordinate intake, draft preparation, review states, and scheduling. Editorial judgment and some media editing may remain human tasks. We validate the actual workflow before making delivery commitments.

04Can we approve every post?

Yes. The workflow includes review and approval before content proceeds to publishing. Rejected drafts remain out of the publishing queue.

05Which tools would you use?

A candidate setup uses n8n to coordinate workflows, a suitable language model for draft copy, Descript for selected transcription or editing work, and a supported publishing scheduler. Your existing tools can also be considered. We confirm account access and integration support during scoping.

06How many pieces can one recording produce?

That depends on useful source material, formats, and quality requirements. We agree source and output allowances, rather than assuming every recording yields a fixed number of worthwhile assets.

07Is ongoing production included in the setup?

A one-time implementation creates the agreed system. Recurring content production, editing, approval coordination, and distribution require a managed operation scope.

08Do you guarantee engagement or leads?

We can measure publishing consistency, useful output, production effort, and available channel performance. Reach, engagement, and sales also depend on the material, audience, and offer, so they are not guaranteed by the workflow.
